Nceduluntu academy of learning is the non-profit organization focus at youth and olderly with in the disadvantage communities.

I Tembile Nyoka, as the founder of Nceduluntu academy of learning I was working the security guard,and I am a qualified community development worker (CDW), then I did save money to study further and I done various coursers now I am currently work as paramedics

I am providing a free access in education, computer skills and English literacy, I am providing free access in career guidance assisting the community with information desk for bursary application, internship, and learner ship and job opportunities.

I am running my computer classes from Monday to Friday 10am till 18:30 pm I groups them and those people who got jobs in the community I do accommodate them with Saturday classes from 08h00 till 13h30 pm with the help of volunteers that they were previous students

People from communities donated those computers and some broken and I started to fix by myself because of my previous back ground experience as a technician with A+ and N+ qualifications.

 Once the student pass then those who have matric I link them with respective companies for call center operation for start up I also work with Recruitment Company, which informs me of vacancy in call centers, financial companies and hospitality organization

 I help them to market them selves on the internet, I also help them to set up E-mails.

My aim is to help Dunoon and Doorbanch (Site 5) area these communities are more expose to poverty, unemployment because lack of computer skills and lack of knowledge.

Helping people to help them selves.

Our aim is to working towards improving the quality of life with in communities e.g. squatters, local development, poor people co-operatives.

As Nceduluntu academy of learning .we help communities, needy person and physical disabilities, organization that provide and supporting apprenticeship .internship on the job training and other training programs bring back dignity to needy person educationally so they will be in the same standard with their peers

Provide free access in education, computer skills and English literacy creating job opportunities by linking the community with respective companies and career opportunities.

Provide with food parcels and clothing

Working partnership with other NGO’s, service providers and government sectors.
